How to Link Hall of Fame Products
STEP 1:
Log in to your WP Admin panel. Hover on "Products" in the menu.
Now click on "Advance Bulk Edit".
STEP 2:
Input the Hall of Fame print's product code into the filters area.
Then click on "Get Products".
(The Hall of Fame print's product code is found on the spreadsheet for sold out products.)
STEP 3:
Your filtered search will now return a list of products.
You can now see the title for the Hall of Fame products with the searched product code.
Use this title to search the site.
STEP 4:
Navigate to "Products".
Click on the title of the image you need to edit (link). It will be the product with the searched title and the product code without a print number.
STEP 5:
Scroll down the page to the "Product Data" box.
Click on the "Linked Products" tab.
STEP 6:
Enter the product code into the search field.
A list of relevant products will appear. Select the product with the same product code (plus a print number). Repeat this, selecting in low to high numeric order, until you have linked all the necessary products.
STEP 7:
Click on "Update" in the Publish box to save your changes!
