Bara Barang’s existing Learn to Drive form was cumbersome and time consuming to complete and process, from both the client and business perspective. The existing form needed to be downloaded, completed, scanned and emailed back to the CEO of the business.
MakeWeb’s specialty in building interactive and custom-built forms meant that we were able to streamline a process that saved the business time as well as creating an easy and helpful experience for their students. With all details integrated to their Client Relationship Manager’s Software (Pipedrive), funding to each student that qualifies is now managed efficiently and effectively.
The client worked well with MakeWeb and provided well-written content that communicated their main services in a much clearer manner, matching the aesthetically well-presented website.
Bara Barang were so happy with their online form and overall website experience, they continue to work with the MakeWeb team and are set to build another website to promote their cultural experiences in a new location, in line with their new marketing campaign.
