The solution: Role-specific control and efficiency
We delivered a new digital platform that removed admin bottlenecks by providing a role-specific control panel, engineered for the practice’s unique needs. This system allows the admin team to manage important information themselves, including:
- The doctor recruitment tool: We built a strategic, media-rich careers section, incorporating new lifestyle photography and compelling culture content to position the practice as an attractive employer.
- Immediate communication control: We delivered a dedicated role-specific control panel that empowers staff to instantly publish and remove all important website notices (including individual notice bars for each doctor) without involving IT, making sure communication is always accurate.
- Detailed information control and direct booking: We created a dedicated control feature that allows the Practice Manager to instantly set up the visibility and specific contact/booking method for every doctor. Each doctor profile now links directly to their own booking page, so patients go straight to the practitioner they want instead of starting the booking process again.
